Warrikal Social Media Community Guidelines

We use social media to connect, share our story, celebrate our people and demonstrate how we deliver client and community value across the resources sector. These channels help us live our values of collaboration, respect, sustainability and integrity.

 

Our official social media channels—LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube—are monitored by our Communications Team. By using or participating in our platforms, you agree to follow the below community guidelines:

 

We are committed to respectful, safe and constructive online spaces. Content that breaches these expectations will be removed, and individuals may be restricted or reported.

 

We do not allow:

  • Discriminatory, bullying, defamatory, obscene or abusive language
  • Comments or content that racially or culturally vilify others
  • Material that could offend, insult, humiliate or incite hatred toward others—especially on the basis of race, culture, gender, age, ability, religion or sexual identity
  • Impersonation of others, or misrepresentation of identity, affiliation or authority
  • Posts that include confidential, commercial or client-sensitive information
  • Images or videos from Warrikal worksites without prior approval
  • Content that includes slurs, offensive humour, or culturally unsafe commentary
  • Material that infringes on someone else’s copyright or intellectual property
  • Posts or comments that interfere with legal proceedings or formal investigations

 

We ask all users to:

  • Represent your own views clearly and respectfully
  • Avoid posting personal contact details (including phone numbers, email or home addresses)
  • Protect the privacy of others—including co-workers, clients and community members
  • Follow platform terms of use
  • Use personal accounts responsibly when referring to Warrikal

 

If you’re engaging with official Warrikal channels:

  • Do not post any content on behalf of Warrikal unless authorised by the Communications Team
  • Ensure any interactions reflect our values and uphold our professional brand
  • Escalate any complaints, misinformation or offensive behaviour directly to communications@warrikal.com.au


If you see something inappropriate or concerning:

  • Report it via the platform in question
  • Contact our Communications Team for help
  • Warrikal employees may also report confidentially to their line manager or through People & Culture

 

We reserve the right to moderate and remove any content that breaches these community rules or puts Warrikal’s reputation, people or partners at risk.
